CB8C: Per-heading test-cell offset table

Tile-map offsets of the cells to test ahead of an object, and the replacement headings, per heading. $FF means no test at that slot.
Each entry is 8 bytes: the two cell offsets, then the replacement heading for the first cell only, the second cell only, and both. The rest of the entry is unread.
